“… The Shift in Human Nature

You're starting to see integrity change. Awareness recalibrates integrity, and the Human Being who would sit there and take advantage of another Human Being in an old energy would never do it in a new energy. The reason? It will become intuitive, so this is a shift in Human Nature as well, for in the past you have assumed that people take advantage of people first and integrity comes later. That's just ordinary Human nature.

In the past, Human nature expressed within governments worked like this: If you were stronger than the other one, you simply conquered them. If you were strong, it was an invitation to conquer. If you were weak, it was an invitation to be conquered. No one even thought about it. It was the way of things. The bigger you could have your armies, the better they would do when you sent them out to conquer. That's not how you think today. Did you notice?

Any country that thinks this way today will not survive, for humanity has discovered that the world goes far better by putting things together instead of tearing them apart. The new energy puts the weak and strong together in ways that make sense and that have integrity. Take a look at what happened to some of the businesses in this great land (USA). Up to 30 years ago, when you started realizing some of them didn't have integrity, you eliminated them. What happened to the tobacco companies when you realized they were knowingly addicting your children? Today, they still sell their products to less-aware countries, but that will also change.

What did you do a few years ago when you realized that your bankers were actually selling you homes that they knew you couldn't pay for later? They were walking away, smiling greedily, not thinking about the heartbreak that was to follow when a life's dream would be lost. Dear American, you are in a recession. However, this is like when you prune a tree and cut back the branches. When the tree grows back, you've got control and the branches will grow bigger and stronger than they were before, without the greed factor. Then, if you don't like the way it grows back, you'll prune it again! I tell you this because awareness is now in control of big money. It's right before your eyes, what you're doing. But fear often rules. …”

Guus Hiddink to manage Turkish football squad

Dutch football coach Guus Hiddink is to take over as manager of the Turkish national squad.Hiddink will start the job in August, after the World Cup in South Africa. He has signed a two-year contract with the Turkish football association, with an option for a further year. His main aim will be to get Turkey through to the 2012 European Championships.

Both Nigeria and China also had their eye on Hiddink as potential manager for their national sides. The former PSV coach announced at the weekend that he would be quitting his job with the Russian squad.

The Turkish national side has been pursuing Hiddink since October, according to Cees van Nieuwenhuizen, the football manager’s business representative.

“They were on the answer machine as soon as the Russian team failed to qualify for the World Cup, so you can see their persistence has paid of,” said Mr van Nieuwenhuizen.

“The passion in Turkey about football is something that is very appealing to him; if there’s a major game on then the whole nation goes crazy,” he added.

And as Guus Hiddink will only start with Turkey after the World Cup in South Africa this summer there’s still a chance that the legendary Dutch coach may play a role at the finals with another country. “We’re still very busy with that at the moment,” said Mr van Nieuwenhuizen.

Respected coach

Hiddink is one of the most respected coaches in world soccer and has been in charge of Russia since 2006, taking them to the semi-finals at Euro 2008 but failing to successfully negotiate qualifying for this year's World Cup finals in South Africa. Turkey, Euro 2008 semi-finalists, also failed to qualify.

Guus Hiddink took the Netherlands to the World Cup semi-finals in 1998 and repeated the feat with co-hosts South Korea in 2002, before helping an unfancied Australia to reach the knockout stage in 2006.

During his spell with Russia, Mr Hiddink also managed Premier League side Chelsea for a few months and helped them to win the FA Cup last season.

The 63-year-old, who had a brief spell in Turkey in 1990 coaching Fenerbahce, replaces Fatih Terim who stepped down last October. Mr Terim had coached Turkey since 2005.

Guus Hiddink’s challenge with the Turkish national side will be qualifying for the European Championships to be held in Ukraine and Poland in 2012. Turkey will face Belgium - managed by fellow Dutch coach Dick Advocaat - Germany, Austria, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan in their qualifying group.
